The Château and Gardens Of Marqueyssac, Vézac, Dordogne Department, France. The beautiful castle was built in 17th century and is also famous for its amazing gardens.

Bertrand Vernet de Marqueyssac, who was a counselor to Louis XIV, built the château. However, the famous gardens of carved boxwood trees was planted by Julien de Cervel in 1860s. The gardens also include linden trees, cypress trees, cyclamen and stone pines from Italy. The walking path in these gorgeous gardens stretches for five kilometers.
